Conference Center Making Progress

The FSU Conference Center is slated to conclude the design and development process soon with on-site construction of the Center to begin in Summer 2008. The Center is expected to re-open for business in August 2009.

This project also involves the construction of a 1,000-car parking garage already under construction adjacent to the location of the new Conference Center.

The Center will feature a conference dining room with a banquet kitchen, 6 classrooms, 3 computer labs, 2 large seminar rooms, a board room, 2 meeting lobbies, and a large auditorium. In addition, the building will house our conferencing, facilities and administrative staff. The building will have a covered drop-off area and will be connected to the new parking garage.

Our staff of meeting planners is currently housed in the FSU University Center. Your meetings, conferences and training can still be coordinated by our professional staff using auxilliary locations available in the region. Give our conferencing staff a call to set up your next event!
