I want to hold a meeting at the FSU Conference Center. How do I get started?
Call (850) 644-3801, (Mon.- Fri., 8-5 EST) or e-mail conferencing@campus.fsu.edu to determine space availability. After your space reservation is confirmed, a meeting planner will be assigned and will contact you to gather basic information such as the event date, number of rooms needed, and if catering services are required. Your meeting planner will then schedule a consultation with you to discuss specifics of your program and the scope of FSU Conference Center services needed.
What services does the FSU Conference Center offer for my event?
We offer a variety of media services and equipment, registration, and catering services. Please contact our office for details and pricing.
Will I have assistance during my event?
Absolutely. Your meeting planner will be present to help with last minute room changes, additions to A/V needs, or anything else that may occur. Your meeting planner will monitor all areas of the event during the scheduled times and assist in any way needed.
Do you offer follow-up feedback from my event?
Event analysis is available. We can collect information from your participants regarding the operation of the event and any other specific information you desire.
What happens after my event?
The meeting planner follows up with you to discuss any concerns about the running of the event. Final participant rosters and payment information are made available to you.
