Our staff of meeting planners is currently housed in the FSU University Center. Your meetings, conferences and training can still be coordinated by our professional staff using auxilliary locations available in the region. Give our conferencing staff a call to set up your next event!

Registration Services

We welcome the opportunity to register your participants online, receive and track payments and provide registration rosters to help simplify and manage your event. For your convenience we are equipped to accept cash, major credit cards, checks and 3rd party payments.

Catering Service

Our catering services range from coffee breaks to a selection of buffets and served meals varied enough to meet anyone's tastes or dietary requirements. Take a look at some of our tasty menu selections for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Buffets, Hors D'ouevres, Bakery and Beverages. Let us provide great food for your event at reasonable prices! FSU Sponsored Events

Events sponsored by university units funded through Educational and General (E & G) allocations may be exempt from room charges. Please contact a meeting planner for details.

FSU Collection of Fees Related to Conferencing or Workshops

The FSU Conference Center offers a wide range of conferencing services to our University community. You may take advantage of as many as you like, but the collection of fees directly related to any conference or workshop must be handled through APPS/CPD as stipulated in the policy from the FSU Faculty Handbook (6.4.3).
