From intimate workshops to elaborate conferences, the FSU Conference Center is able to accommodate your program's every need with comfort, style and flexible design. All our rooms are carpeted, tastefully furnished and well lit, with break areas close at hand. Following is a brief tour of the meeting spaces we offer; the suggested participant maximums may vary depending upon your selection of seating arrangements and audiovisual equipment:

Three Modern Computer Labs offer 16 workstations in each lab. The labs are fully networked and have comfortable workstations and seating. Choose from Dell Optiplex Pentium III 450 or Dell Precision 370 3.4GHz workstations with LCD monitors. Lab rentals include LAN connectivity, an overhead projector, large whiteboards, and on-site technical support. Add amenities like food, beverages and A/V equipment and support for an additional fee.

Two Seminar Rooms, each approximately 600 square feet in area, feature picture window walls and seat up to 25 people.

Four Conference Rooms are each approximately 1400 to 1600 square feet in area and spacious enough for up to 80 people. All feature dramatically high ceilings, thereby offering excellent acoustics and screening areas especially effective for audiovisual presentations and teleconferences. Two of these rooms, usually separated by a sound-resistant partition, can be combined into an even larger space for as many as 180 people.

The Everglades Auditorium, over 6000 square feet in area, seats up to 220 people when arranged as a classroom and 375 as a theater. An elevated stage runs the full length of the west wall, increasing the visibility of your speakers, whether single lecturers or discussion panels.

The Kissimmee Dining Room and Reception Hall serves up to 238 guests in pleasant surroundings. Two-story picture windows allow you to take advantage of natural sunlight; you may also darken the room for audiovisual presentations if you wish. For added elegance, you may request a crackling fire in the hearth. We'll pamper your participants with everything from continental breakfasts to elegant receptions and cultural events.

The Fireside Lounge provides a congenial living room type atmosphere for receptions, and can be furnished with refreshments tables, elegant hors d'oeuvres or sumptuous buffets for your guests. The Fireside Lounge and adjoining halls are the perfect setting for art exhibits, always free and open for the public to enjoy.

The Garden Courtyard, a cascade of terraces and wooden decks accented with flowerbeds, arbors and intimate seating areas, allows participants to enjoy the open air and Florida skies. Your guests will enjoy these restful spots during breaks and receptions. The Courtyard also serves as a natural choice for award presentations and group photos.
